At Charvi Jewels, we want you to love every piece you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple return and exchange process to ensure a smooth experience.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and pouches.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.
How to Request a Return

Email our support team with your order number and product images within 48 hours of delivery. -
Return Approval
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the return instructions. -
Ship the Product
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and ship it back to the address provided by our team.
Please note that return shipping charges will be borne by the customer, unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues (if applicable)
- Product defects
- Receiving the wrong product
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.
Refund Policy
Once we receive the returned item:
- The product will undergo a quality inspection.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds may be issued as store credit or refunded to the original payment method, depending on the payment mode used during purchase.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return according to our return policy.
Refunds for prepaid orders cancelled before shipment will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
Although all products from Charvi Jewels go through quality checks before shipping, in rare cases a product may arrive damaged during transit.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been used or worn
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
